Our Recruitment Process
Our process is designed to enhance candidate retention and increase the number of successful selections. By employing a training-based model, we have the ability to upskill individuals who may have initially been rejected, ultimately improving the overall quality of candidates in the pool.
OUR R-T-D MODEL
Our distinctive approach, known as the Recruit Train Deploy Model, is carefully designed to prioritize the development and refinement of candidates' potentials and skill sets in accordance with the standards of the employer country.
The model has a major emphasis on development of KSA - Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude - which play pivotal roles:
Knowledge: Fostering Cognitive and Mental Abilities
Knowledge equips candidates with the cognitive and mental capabilities required for growth. It aids in information retention and processing, essential for informed decision-making.
Skills: Physical Abilities for Task Performance
Skills encompass the physical abilities candidates use to execute activities and tasks, drawing from their acquired knowledge. They bridge the gap between theory and practical application, facilitating competence.
Attitude: Shaping Thought Patterns and Feelings
Attitude is instrumental in shaping a candidate's way of thinking and approach. It influences a candidate's feelings and perspectives, contributing to their overall outlook.
Together, KSA forms a robust foundation for candidate development, laying the groundwork for success in various endeavors.
In our process, we prioritize certifying our candidates with a Skill India certificate, capitalizing on our partnership as a funded partner with the National Skill Development Corporation. Moreover, through our collaboration with the sector skill council, some of our upskilling and reskilling programs are tailored to specific industry sectors.
This specialized certification not only vouches for the quality of our candidates but also provides assurance to our employers that their unique requirements will be addressed. Additionally, our comprehensive process encompasses acculturation training, ensuring that candidates are thoroughly prepared for their destination, both in terms of professional competence and cultural adaptation.
