Since its establishment in 1999, the BSL Group has been dedicated to pioneering innovative employment models, notably the 'Train and Hire' or 'Hire and Train' concepts, both within India and on a global scale. These initiatives have been at the core of our mission, contributing to the development of skilled and employable individuals and making a substantial impact in the employment landscape through our two units:
AARSH INTERNATIONALS: Our manpower recruitment consultancy registered with the Ministry of External Affairs (License No. B-0665/UP/PER/1000+/5/8990/2013). This accreditation underscores our commitment to ethical and reliable recruitment practices.
BSL MULTISKILLS TRAINING: We are an officially funded partner of the NATIONAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. This affiliation reflects our dedication to skill development and our alignment with national skill development initiatives.
Our journey in the field of skills and recruitment spans two decades, during which we have consistently delivered high-quality services. We pride ourselves on being a pan-Indian organization with training centers strategically located across the country. Currently, our centers are operating successfully in Delhi, Lucknow, Patna, Mumbai, Punjab, Kerala, Hyderabad, Rajasthan, and Dehradun, with plans for further expansion.

We are driven by the vision of orchestrating a comprehensive revolution in international skill development and recruitment for the Indian youth, ensuring that they have access to promising opportunities on a global scale.
OUR STORY
Our centres achieved empanelment and recognition under the prestigious Saudi Skill Verification program managed by Takamol Holding, a company under the Ministry of Human Resources and Development (MHRD) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2023
BSL entered into an agreement with the Federal State Representative to initiate the recruitment of candidates from India for Ausbildung opportunities in Germany.
2020
BSL secured funding partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation, becoming the sole project dedicated to facilitating international placements for Indian candidates.
2017
BSL introduced a groundbreaking Train and Hire, or Hire and Train, model into overseas recruitment, marking the pioneering implementation of this innovative approach in the industry.
2014
BSL completed 10,000 training and placement for Domestic hiring. We had a staggering 95% placement rate and were notably the biggest player for the same.
2011
BSL was a pioneer in introducing the Train and Hire concept for domestic IT/ITES placements, catering to approximately 18 clients, including prominent names such as HCL, VODAFONE, SPICE, AEGIS, I-Energiser, EXL, and Tech-Mahindra, among others.
2008
BSL acquired a Ministry of External Affairs licence under the name "BSL Overseas," which marked the commencement of our journey into the overseas recruitment sector.
2003
BSL Pvt. Ltd. was founded as an educational institution focused on the development of soft skills and group discussions and personal interviews (GD/PI) training.
1999
We got our first overseas client, the prestigious Salman Group (Saudi Prince’ company) to hire for their White Collar positions in printing and packaging.
2002
BSL achieved platinum membership status with the British Council of India and as per the councils recommendation for international training and recruitment services for healthcare, we successfully trained and hired 200 nurses for our clients.
2005
BSL got its IATA certification. The company expanded its presence by establishing training centres in Patna and Lucknow, in addition to the main centre in Noida. BSL held a primary partnership with IGT (InterGlobe Technologies) exclusively for North India, and our trained candidates successfully secured positions with airlines such as Indian Airlines, United Airlines, and IndiGo.
2008
BSL issued the prestigious 1000PLUS Ministry of External Affairs licence, under the name Aarsh Internationals.
2013
BSL Akademie was established to impart mandate based German Language / Acculturation training. One of its kind TELC approved center in India.
2024
BSL expanded its operations into the European market and made a significant mark by being the first to introduce the Poland Work Permit program in India.
2015
BSL introduced Malta work permit into India for various vacancies such as Drivers, Hospitality workers, Retail etc.
2018
We take pride in having achieved a total placement figure of 22,000 candidates, alongside providing training to 18,000 individuals, while collaborating with 38 esteemed employers.
